The project includes a commercial pole connected to a social housing development located in Lavino, in the Municipality of Anzola dell’Emilia (Bologna).

The objectives and general purposes of the intervention, in line with the recently issued legislative guidelines, are matched with the construction of a Food Platform and Service Center located in a strategic position along the Via Emilia in the north of the site. The project is completed by the pedestrian and cycle paths connected with the social housing and with the Urban Park, as well as with the other parts of the hamlet of Lavino.

In the planning of the project, particular attention has been paid to the landscape and ecological values, the ability to mitigate polluting and climate-changing emissions, as well as safety from risks, in particular from the risk of floods and the seismic risk.
